Pursuant to the rights and privileges provided under a formal Freedom Of Information Request, I’m writing to request answers from your department regarding the New River Health District. The formal request is sent via electronic email on July 26, 2021, at 10:24 pm EST. Please reply to this request within 10 working days. Include any and all supporting information regarding the county’s definition of “Pandemic.”
1. What is the current definition used by the New River Health District to define the word Pandemic?
2. Has the definition of a Pandemic changed at any time, and if so, when and what was the previous definition?
